Idaho Real Estate Search Instructions

You only need to enter the search items that are important to you. The others, leave blank.
Read the above sentence again.

Map Search : The mapping tool simplifies the "location" element of your Idaho Real Estate search by allowing you to search an area visually instead of having to have a detailed knowledge of local counties, MLS areas, or cities.
Leave the city selector (above the Map Search) blank and move down to the Mapping tool. Simply enter the street address, city, or zip code of the area you're interested in and press the Get New Address button to generate a new map.
Use the Zoom drop down feature located in the upper right corner of the map to adjust the size of the area displayed. Choose either the Rubber Band or Radius tool (located directly beneath the map) to "draw" your search area. With the Rubber Band tool, you can easily draw a rectangle on the map of the area your interested in searching -OR- use the Draw Radius button to produce a circular search area around the address you entered. You can adjust the size of the radius by changing the value (miles) located directly under the Draw Radius button.

When you've finished making your selections press the Count Listings button to see how many listings fit your search. Either edit your search criteria to narrow your results or press the Run Search button to Get your results!

Additional Criteria: While the Primary Criteria (including square footage, beds/baths, price, and location) is sufficient for most searches, sometimes you might like to search based on School District, Subdivision, Garage Capacity, Lot Size, etc. If you'd like to run a more advanced search, press the Additional Criteria button located on the left under the map. You can link back and forth between the Primary Criteria and Additional Criteria search areas making changes and checking the Count Listings feature until you're ready to Run Search and see your results. The Additional Criteria search area has an exhaustive list of fields so remember, only enter the information that is important to your search and leave the other areas blank.
